regarding sensitivity analysis of stress

I have a problem regarding sensitivity analysis.
I want to calculate the sensitivity of Von mises stress, especilly max stress.
So, I selected two module, plane stress(PS) module and sensitivity module.
But I can't find how to calculate the sensitivity of MAX stress.
Assume that there is a square.
If max stress appear on the corner, then use Physics> point setting.
But if max stress appear on the center of domain or eslewhere, How can I calculate the sensitivity?
plz help me.
