including a matlab calculation to run within comsol

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,
I need to calculate and return a parameter with matlab in my comsol model.
I've tried using the functions -> MATLAB or external, but everything i tried there didn't work.
I also tried importing my comsol to an m-file and opening in matlab.
this didn't work as well because the comol commands in matlab don't accept parameters which
are written in the regular matlab syntax.
the documentation in very lacking on this subject as well.
I would appreciate some help.

thank you
Zvika

I agree, and need to do the same thing. What did you end up with?
