How to obtain geometry using deformed mesh in comsol 4.1

Recently, I created a deformed mesh, but I do not know how to obtain accurate geometry by using deformed mesh in Comsol 4.1. I know it in Comsol 3.5, but Comsol 4.1's interface totally changed. Please do me a favor to tell me how to do it, thanks
