Modeling Induction Heating of a Pancake-Like Coil

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am trying to model induction heating of a pancake-like coil embedded in a beam (both in 2D and 3D). I followed the COMSOL induction heating example (www.comsol.com/model/inductive-heating-of-copper-cylinder-148) when constructing the model. After running the analysis, there is no discernible temperature change and seemingly no induced current in the beam. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
