Out of Memory in Time Dependent Solver

Hello, I'm simulating the effect of forced convection on a system consisting of a thermo-electric module and heat sink and every time I try to compute it, I get an 'Out of memory in Time Dependent solver' error. I've 16GB ram in my system.
Can anyone suggest a way to solve this problem?
P.S. No ram-eating programs were running in background.
