reaction and flow in porous media of variable porosity

Hello, I am try to simulate the decomposition of solid gas hydrate in porous media. The decomposition process will generate gas and water, so there is two phase Darcy flow in the porous media. Also along with the decomposition, the saturation of gas hydrate will decrease and saturations of gas and water will increase. So I have to define the substance in the pores of the porous media as gas hydrate.

Does anybody know how to define the gas hydrate in the porous media?

Thanks!
