iso2mesh to comsol

hi i am using the tool iso2mesh to mesh different tissues, but i want to export it to comsol format using a way that safes the boundary condition so i an set the conductivity for each brain tissue

can you help me if there is any function i can use or any hint could help

Check if your software has a way to convert your mesh into STL/VRML format. COMSOL behaves pretty good with these formats.
