Anisotropic 2D material modeled by Transition boundary condition

I am trying to model surface plamon modes on the surface of anisotropic 2D material in presence of dipole. In RF module i am not able to get how to give anisotropic conductivity in transition boundary condition. How do I model this anisotropic 2D material?
