Boundary value

In a 2D model, the geometry is a rectangle. See the attachment, if the value at boundary1 and 2 are p1 and p2, respectively. How could I set a parameter between boundary1 and 2? For example, I hope to calculate the pressure drop (p2-p1) in the 2D domian. How could I make it?
