Solving model with several ModelNodes

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
I'm trying to build a model that contains several ModelNodes (sub-models). Each Node should have different properties (same geometry but I want to alter the mesh). The the Model should be solved at once.

My questions are:
How to set dependent variables (since the sub-models should not be coupled)?
How to access the solution for each ModelNode?
Are there some examples available (couldn't find anything about this in the Comsol 4.2a documentation)?

Best regards,
CS

Hi

it often becomes difficult to find your way like that but it's possible. When you add several times a physics the dependent variables get number increments by default V, V1 V2 for 3 EC physics etc

Good luck
