Domain Selections Listed as "Not Applicable"

Hi all,

I am trying to select two domains to run a Solid Mechanics study on (see image). I have been able to selecto two separate materials for the respective domains however when trying to create a Solid Mechanics study it says the domains are "Not Applicable". Does anyone know why this may be the case? I have attached the COMSOL file to this post.
