capacitive pressure sensor

i am using comsole 3.5. in that 3.5 version there is a model is given which is inside mems-->sensor-->pressure sensor 3d.mph,,,in that model everything is ok but in the 3d model last step capacitance calculation graph is not coming ,,because i am electronics student ,,so that point is most important for me.
so please guide me.
