How to improve the simulation speed

Hi, I'm using comsol 3.5a for the 3D Electromagnetic waves simulation. I'm running parametric parameters and in each simulation, I will have to run at least 10 points to get a curve. However, thus will cost me almost 12 hours for one curve. I'm wondering if you have some methods to make the simulation faster, such as the meshes or something else.
