Frequency response with prestress

Hi,

I want to do a frequency response of a vibrating membrane regarding prestress. Therefor I would have to regard a static load in the solid mechanics model. When using the frequency analysis this load is also is assumed to be harmonic. Is it possible to regard it as a static load also using the frequency analysis?

This type of things (frequency analysis around a linearization point) can be done in 4.1 but have become easier at version 4.2, see "Prestressed Analysis" under Structural Mechanics Module at this link:
