Version Control System & Application Builder

Is there a way to integrate the COMSOL application builder with a version control system to make larger code projects easier maintainable (e.g. GIT or others)?

If there is no such integeration, what is the COMSOL recommended way of handling code versioning in larger code projects?

Starting with version 6.0, COMSOL Multiphysics includes the Model Manager for that purpose. Read more about it here.
