What modules to use to simulate heating caused by an LED

Hello COMSOL users,

To keep it short, I want to simulate the heat distribution of LED which has a boundary heat source, and an inlet for the light. Both work independently so I get a heat distribution from the heat source, and ray trajectories from the inlet, but I am struggling to figure out how to get the light to be absorbed by the domains.

I was using Heat Transfer in Solids/Geometrical Optics, but now trying Heat Transfer with Radiation in Participating Media, with no success.

Can someone help?

Thank you so much.
