Boundary Load Change Having No Effect

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi !

I'm having the same problem as this thread. (https://www.comsol.com/forum/thread/95741/Boundary-Load-Change-Having-No-Effect) Jeff has given an answer, but the link he posted is currently not working.

As for me, like the thread's question, no matter how much I change the current load, only the same amount of change appears. It is the same whether the load is set to 0.01 N or 1000 N.

See this other thread.

Bottom line: the solution is in fact different. It looks the same on screen because a different scaling is applied. Just refer to the numbers on the side of the colorbar when you plot the von Mises stress.
