Hello,

InGaAsP's properties are not pre-implemented in the software, but the user can easily add any material of which the properties are known, see COMSOL Multiphysics version 6.1, Reference Manual (Accessible through the File > Help > Documentation menu), Chapter 9.

Best,

Jeff

Hello,

The Optical material library, included with the Ray Optics Module and the Wave Optics Module, includes a GaAs-InAs-GaP-InP (gallium indium arsenide phosphate, GaInAsP) material.

Best,

Magnus
